Main Activity: Procurement activities of investments which is totaling around 200 million USD of purchases annually and commercial (indirect) materials. Leading a team of 14 buyers. Main Activity: Planning and procurement activities of equipment, detail parts and standard parts for various major military and civil, aero structures and indigenous programs totaling around 25 million USD of purchases annually. Other related activities include:- Preparing RFP/RFQ technical documentations according to customer/stakeholder requirements- Developing individual/bulk procurement strategies based on program requirements, export license requirements, manufacturing lead times, material costs, customer enablements and category risks to ensure optimal stock turnover rates and material availability- Negotiating and drafting long term agreements (LTA’s)/Kanban system contracts to reduce costs and risks- Gathering and reporting internal data (BOM updates, shortage reports, net material demand, purchase history, forecasts, payments, scrap ratios, etc. using SQL Report Builder, SAP Crystal Reports or Excel)- Monitoring supplier performance metrics (KPI’s) and following up on improvement activities- Assisting with tender work and proof documents for RFP’s, manufacturing engineering requirements, import/export work, quality/MRB issues and expeditions to stakeholders- As procurement project coordinator for various programs; coordinating program, material and procurement related activities with other procurement specialists and departments- Scheduling and coordinating furnishing activities of commodities- Responding and reducing supplier non-compliances and delays both remotely and onsite, monitoring supplier corrective actions

Main Activity: Responsible for new product development activities within Purchasing team, as a team member of cross-functional project team. Other related activities include:- Conduct advance sourcing tasks as a team member of cross-functional project team for new product launches on local and export markets.- Coordinate with key stakeholders (R&D, Supply Chain and Quality) to manage new product part procurement process including strategy development, co- design partnership for non-core competent areas, supplier nomination, serial implementation.- Be a key negotiator in critical component procurement phases together with material buyers.- Develop and drive engineering change orders with supply chain and suppliers in order to achieve target cost, desired timeline, defined quality by means of leading actions under forward purchasing context.- Manage prototype part procurement and tooling activities in collaboration with R&D and material buyers.- Manage cost reduction activities in accordance with company targets.- Perform supplier risk assessment for new product introduction program; develop and implement risk mitigation plan.- Cab and sub components buyer, nomination turnover about 50 million-€
