In the ICT General Directorate I supported the operational processes of the domestic and pan-european ICT services, working in Mainframe and Data Replication technologies of the IT Service Operations.I've been responsible for the definition and the implementation of the ITSCM program inside the Business Continuity framework according to rules and policies set at European System of Central Banks (ESCB) level, and in charge of the ICT Change Management Process for the EMIP Portfolio (including Target2, Target2-Securities (T2S) and T2-T2S Consolidation (CSLD) services), in close co-operation with Deutsche Bundesbank, Banco de España and Banque de France.I've been an Operational Risk Management (ORM) Expert supporting the continuos Risk Monitoring and Management process.

I was the manager of the Corporate Issue Tracking system based on Atlassian Jira: from the process analysis to the build, configuration and management.Interface between INQ and other purchasing Telcos during engineering, testing and acceptance of own devices and SW builds. Project Management of SW integration and releasing.

Coming from the past two years in the Architect role, I joined the Programme Manager to support him mainly in the definition and implementation of the project metrics. I was responsible for the weekly updates, including overall KPI and quality indicators, to be submitted to the CIO.

In the NGDC Programme I played as technical architect responsible for the infrastructure design of several Mobile Billing systems. I built strong skills in design and delivery of Unix farms across a national network of Data Centers. I participated in the definition of the Disaster Recovery project for a Mobile Prepaid billing system involving more than 30 Millions subscribers, in which it was crucial to exclude any risk of downtime causing direct money loss for the company.It was a complex environments in which several stakeholders and external vendors were involved and it was very exciting to accomplish the targets on time.
