Marketing Strategy Manager
CurrentAtlantic Retail is a retail real estate brokerage with nine locations throughout the country. Representing some of the nation's top retailers and landlords, Atlantic offers tenant representation, leasing, and investment services.The fundamentals of marketing apply anywhere, across all industries and throughout all mediums. Digital trends come and go, and every company requires a unique strategy to grow their business and apply those fundamentals. In my role as Marketing Strategy Manager, my goal is to innovate how marketing applies to the world of retail real estate, bring in new business, and strengthen brand identity and awareness with existing clients. As Marketing Strategy Manager, I'm tasked with developing and implementing an annual corporate marketing plan and maintaining the marketing calendar. This includes establishing Atlantic Retail's social media presence, monitoring and improving website SEO & UX, and continuing to grow and develop our email and content marketing strategy to identify and reach new prospects. With digital and traditional marketing changing almost daily, I keep on top of the latest trends in the field and implement both print and digital advertising plans. Keeping the marketing efforts well-rounded, I coordinate with the Marketing Project Manager on efficient design as well as the Managing Director and the local office marketing teams on content development.
