Funded by Creative Skillset, the BFI and the National Lottery, I am currently being trained as an APA to work on Film and TV Production. I will be commencing placement on 17th April 2014 at studios in the UK.

Compiling VAT/tax returns and preparing year end reports and bound accounts. Trial balance preparations through the use of manual general ledgers and Sage. Have developed a high level of proficiency in the use of Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll. Configuring expenses analysis for a variety of clients and maintaining good relations through verbal and written communication.Managing our office through implementing procedures to allow for efficient practice to strengthen communications. Problem solving with impeccable organisation has allowed for a complete restructure in filing, written communication and archiving.

Processing PPI complaints on credit cards and loans in line with FSA guidelines. Liasing with colleagues, customers, credit management companies and insurance providers to reach a favourable decision. Articulate and precise communication were essential, plus organisation and Microsoft Office skills.

Delivering elite customer service, develop a strong product knowledge, analysing sales and incorporating strong sellers into visual merchandising, assisting in another store opening in Stratford-upon-Avon and training new team members on store practices. General support to the management, stock room organisation and preparing sales.

Provide administrative support for Directors and Social Workers, sit in on meetings and take minutes, organise accommodation and travel, print off paperwork for directors presentations, creating/ fine touching of presentations on Powerpoint. Creating databases on Excel to support organisation.
