Lead strategic partnerships, advance professional development initiatives and manage communications for the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Develop conflict resolution programs with private employers, government agencies, and community-based organizations, thereby expanding the Institute's impact on issues of public service and diversity. Teach workshops and professional training on civil discourse and public policy writing. Envision and execute relevant events, symposia, and webinars for scholarly and practitioner audiences. Principally write and design all Straus Institute-related content and communications, including the annual Inside Straus magazine and articles, monthly Common Ground e-newsletter, Surf Report blog stories, press releases, and promotional emails. Serve as Deputy Diversity Officer on School of Law’s Diversity Committee.

Advised students and alumni on career planning objectives, including job search strategies, resume preparation, interviewing skills and networking for the Career Development Office at Pepperdine University School of Law. Led programming and application process for judicial externships and clerkships. Served on Law School's Diversity Committee to advance the institution's short- and long-term goals and engaged students, faculty, and staff on diversity-related topics. Promoted student dialogue on current events and campus climate issues. Developed career-related events and served as liaison between students, alumni and employers. Comprehensively edited Career Development Guidebook, an in-depth reference manual for law students.

Managed alumni relations, community engagement and development for Public Interest Program. Cultivated networking opportunities among 500+ Program students and graduates.
