As the healthcare industry evolves, whether that’s because of the current pandemic or for other reasons, risk assessment management will need to expand vertically to address emerging issues. Professionals who will address those issues must continue to invest in ongoing trainings and earn and renew certifications to maintain high levels of expertise as regulations and situations continually change. I have more than 16 years of experience in providing healthcare compliance, risk assessment, and business development services. I am also a non-practicing lawyer, a Texas graduate with a BA and law degree.
