• Configures and designs IT solutions for monitoring.
• Provides technical design guidance and oversight to the Infrastructure & Platform Design team.
• Provides guidance to all delivery teams, ensuring all physical designs meet the team's fault-tolerant, scalable guidelines.
• Leads or actively participates in PoC/PoV sessions.
• Designs and deploys client-specific network, voice, and server monitoring applications including data collection, availability, performance and capacity dashboards, and reports using standardized tools.
