Responsible for the configuration, support, and management of monitoring infrastructure of network, voice, data, storage, cloud and server solutions. Works within a dynamic team responsible for providing preventative and reactive IT support to clients with various architectures.• Configures and designs IT solutions for monitoring.• Provides technical design guidance and oversight to the Infrastructure & Platform Design team.• Provides guidance to all delivery teams, ensuring all physical designs meet the team's fault-tolerant, scalable guidelines.• Leads or actively participates in PoC/PoV sessions.• Designs and deploys client-specific network, voice, and server monitoring applications including data collection, availability, performance and capacity dashboards, and reports using standardized tools.• Administers and manages day-to-day monitoring infrastructure with a focus on Cisco, Microsoft Windows Server, VMware, Zabbix, Azure, AWS, CA Unified Infrastructure Manager products as well as others.
