I was the doc drawer and loan processor on all hard money loans that were approved through the CEO.

Responsibilities include working with all loan officers to get their loan submitted to the right lender along with processing the loan from start to finish. Opening escrow, ordering appraisals, and pricing out loans that best fit the client’s needs. I process all loans with Calyx Point and can upload loans using DU and other automated underwriting systems. Familiar with most lender websites for uploading and tracking of loans.

Responsibilities include taking loan applications, pricing the loans with the right loan for my client, submitting the loan to the lender, taking care of all conditions to get loan completed and closed. Working with realtors to take care of the client’s financial needs and making sure the loan closes on time for close of escrow. Making sure the file is inputted into Point and that all aspects of the information qualify for that type of loan.

Run the office of inside sales. Answer phones, take orders for toy manufacturers, handle all customer service questions for key accounts along with some accounting. Handle all invoices and data entry.
