I coach software quality engineers test new products that will allow members and business users book travel to existing and new destinations by using new products and vendors. This also continually improves value. Our teams are finding new ways to add automation earlier and more broadly. I guide them to develop new skills and build new relationships in order to drive these results on their level. I work with the other IT disciplines in order to make the product development a good balance between efficient and creative.I have over 20 years in Information Technology in a variety of roles including QA Lead, SDET, developer and a High Tech Anthropologist. The industries I have worked in include display ads, manufacturing accounting, and currently travel web sales. I have had topics presented at conferences.
