My name is Scott Anderson, I graduated from the University of Washington and spent a year of my student career abroad in Japan on a scholarship appointed through the Japanese Consulate of Seattle. The bulk of my career path has centered around customer service, with some experience translating, interpreting, presenting and supporting Japanese customers/hotel guests in person and over email.
