CurrentProduct Manager (PM) : Google Paid Advertising Ecosystem Specialization: Local Services Ads, Google Ads Ecosystem- PM definitively owns: Performance, Retention, Growth & is responsible for clear-cut quarterly & yearly growth in every category- PM aligns various internal & external stakeholders towards a core set of objectives- Product Manager develops, Implements, & continually refines LSA Product Methodology on a Vertical-specific basis- PM defines & subsequently owns product & process integrity - PM empowers every functional silo of the organization with product Knowledge - PM functions as a final point of escalation & authority for all product-related issues- PM serves as a credible & authoritative voice for the product - PM is ideally an industry-recognized leader within the scope of their product & beyond- PM empowers Client Services stakeholders with consistent trainings- PM resolves technical matters in real time & as needed- PM drives Sales stakeholders by resolving product knowledge pain points, assisting with strategy, and reinforcing product knowledge & quality at the Sales layer in addition to being on call for real-time support- PM drives Fulfillment stakeholders by clearly defining maintenance protocols throughout an account's life-cycle - PM supports Marketing stakeholders by creating content, assisting with publishing strategy, and reinforcing product knowledge & owning content quality at the Marketing layer- PM is responsible for R&D among any & all other initiatives pertaining to the product
