Resonate Cheney On-Campus Multiplier (May 2015-present):Launched a new site of Resonate on campus at Eastern Washington University as part of a team of five. Responsibilities include administrative duties, team organization, calendaring, managing and communicating, meeting new students, building a community on campus, leadership development, planning and hosting events.Resonate Moscow Student Intern (Aug 2014-May 2015):Worked with University of Idaho leadership as liaison between university and Resonate's student group on campus. Experience with student services, student involvement, student volunteers and leadership development. Responsibilities included communication, team building and training, working closely with students on campus within and outside of our organization.Elevate Staff (May 2014- Aug 2014):Staff at summer leadership project. 10-weeks of intensive discipleship training for students from Washington State University and University of Idaho. Innovation and flexibility were key on this project in its second year of existence. Responsible for the leading and training of 8 women from Washington State University plus planning events, coordinating volunteers with a local church and connecting with people in the Greater San Diego area.

Student Senator for the student body of University of Idaho. Selected by ASUI President to fill in a temporary position for a senator who could not carry out their full term. Integrated into an already existing team. Used Robert's Rules of Order for weekly Senate meetings. Student Senate executed student body legislation and addressed student issues at hand within University of Idaho. Other responsibilities included weekly living group visits to the residence halls and sororities/fraternities. Experienced growth in leadership, communication, and knowledge of the political process.
