As a member of the Application Support Team, I assist with maintaining the databases and web services for the LoanCenter, APPRO and ACTion Loan Origination Programs provided by CRIF Lending Services .This includes 100+ SQL servers, IIS servers, custom application servers and reporting servers. We achieve our goal of 99.999% up-time with the ASP Products provided. I have created and maintained the virtual machines used by our Sales department members whom are located all across the United States. I troubleshoot help tickets submitted by our internal and external customers in regards to product specific maintenance releases/hotfixes, system upgrades and other daily system maintenance.
