Implemented and maintained test and production server environments for call center operations, support the in-house call tracking system hosted on SQL Server databases with a backend OnBase imaging system. • In 2020, immediately responded to the short notice directive to transition all 700+ call center staff to telework due to Covid pandemic. Added new server resources to handle the new terminal server workload. Monitored metrics and modified configurations to achieve telework performance goals. Worked with the application team to make necessary workflow changes for new document imaging processes.• Performed several SAN hardware refreshes and introduced new storage and servers to drive new IT initiatives i.e. server virtualization, imaging system upgrades and migrations.
