Hi! I have been in assistant roles for about 5 years now. I have been able to complete any task that has been asked of me. I am knowledgeable in all Microsoft services and QuickBooks. I have the professionalism needed to speak with or meet with clients. I am very personable and I enjoy speaking with all kinds of people. I am the type of person who will have a conversation with the person next to me waiting to get their oil changed at the auto shop. Not only can I speak with people in person but I also have phone and email etiquette. At my current job I speak with clients everyday via email, phone, and in person so I am more than comfortable meeting new people and making a good impression. Working with people and being a part of a team are both things I enjoy in a workplace. Another reason I would make a great assistant is because I am great at time management and organization. I plan my own personal days for the things I need to do so I know how to prioritize my tasks and manage them well. Being in college, having 2 jobs in college, and managing 4-5 classes a semester has taught me a lot about time management, organization, and discipline. I will forever appreciate my time in college.As for my boss, I enjoy working for someone who is a good person and has a good attitude, someone who can acknowledge the hard work that their employees provide, and someone who cares about their employees. I want to have a boss that I wouldn't have a problem hanging out with or getting a drink with sometimes. Not only can I bring the skills required of an assistant but I also bring a cheerfulness, a light, a happiness into the work place. No matter where I go I do my job to the best of my ability and I always have a smile on my face. I hope to be able to show you what I am capable of. I would love to talk to anyone interested in having an employee like me.
