I am interested in solving challenging problems that are at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, data engineering, business intelligence, and fintech. I enjoy building tools, frameworks, and automation that optimize existing process deficiencies as well as those that provide users with the ability to upscale their analytical capabilities.I provide solutions, training, and guidance for data and analytical teams, as well as startups to get their core and data infrastructures from 0 → 1 → M. My focus is on delivering comprehensive, modular, automated, well-architected, end-to-end solutions for my stakeholders. My process from day one involves:- creating a deep dive evaluation of the team’s current technical infrastructure- designing a production-ready infrastructure that meets the team’s existing and future business needs- implementing a solution inside the team’s existing technical stack and using tools familiar to the team- ensuring the solution is built and tested to specification and meets regulatory requirements- providing ongoing maintenance and administration of the infrastructure- developing documentation, education, and training plans for knowledge sharing and handoff to the team- assessing team structure and technical skills for any gaps between team capabilities and business needs- interviewing candidates, helping to make hiring decisions, and onboarding new hires to the team’s infrastructure
