I am a research fellow, and I lead the Eastern Partnership Think Tank Network project in the Center for Order and Governance in Eastern Europe, Russia, and Central Asia of the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). My work focuses on EU enlargement, the EU’s relations with its eastern neighbors, and the foreign policy of the Eastern Partnership countries.
