- When AT&T has acquired network area from IBM worldwide, I started working as an AT&T employee, taking care of same IBM’s customers and new AT&T customers as well.- After that, I was selected to integrate Global Tier 3 Support team, giving assistance to worldwide AT&T’s customers.- I’ve developed internal tools in PHP to optimize and integrate requests from different departments.
