My area of expertise is theoretical quantum chemistry. I have experience coding over multiple languages, primarily Python (including Jupyter-Notebook), MatLab, and Fortran (77 and 90) with data analysis and problem-solving abilities. I’m proficient in creating and using Machine Learning codes using Pytorch andTensorFlow. During my research career in academics, I have worked in the areas of quantum dynamics (astro-chemistry) as well as theoretical chemistry (method development). I am well versed in using ab initio packages for solving molecular Hamiltonian for ground and excited states of molecules (using methods like coupled-cluster and DFT). Apart from these, my research also focused on creating codes for handling (extracting, processing and transforming) data with millions of data-points and creating suitable Neural Networks algorithms for data augmentation and feature extraction.I also have teaching experience in general and computational chemistry labs along with advanced quantum chemistry courses for graduate and undergraduate students.
