• Recruit, interview and hire team members with the experience and spirit to be great in concert with Area Manager and plan and deliver initial training for new hires• Coach and develop each team member to maximize their strengths following Just Cozy team leadership guidelines while identifying and developing future store leaders• Leverage resources and team members by managing staffing plan and maintaining inventory by appropriate ordering, point of sale and loss prevention processes• Leading by example by creating active selling and great service culture by keeping customers first and selling in a way that inspires the team to achieve goals resulting in highest standards of customer service• Delivering profit and achieving operational excellence by maximizing sales and meeting financial goals• Absolutely accountable for cash handling and deposits at point of sales• Building the Just Cozy brand by representing the brand positively in the shopping centre and the community• Cultivating and maintaining positive working relationships with partners, supervisors, mall management and team members• Maintaining the store environment that meets Just Cozy visual merchandising standards, engaging my consumers and stimulating them to buy
