I am currently the Regional Director – Affiliate Development and Support for the APAC and Middle East region. In this role, I have overall responsibility for the delivery of the entirety of Make-A-Wish International’s affiliate support and development programme to regional affiliates. This includes working closely with affiliate CEOs and executive teams to identify key areas for further support and development. I also have ownership of the regional business plan and work with affiliate leadership as well as cross departmental teams within Make-A-Wish International in order to strategise and implement new fundraising initiatives and establish best practice for cross selling and monitoring compliance, safeguarding and corporate governance within country offices and affiliates. I serve as the mouthpiece for the headquarters to our affiliates, corporate partners and donors.In addition, as the senior lead in Asia, I also work closely with the Global Corporate Alliance team on business development and fundraising, acting as account manager for certain key Asian corporate partnerships – these include Amazon Web Services, DFS, Grab, Hertz, Genting Cruise line, IGG, FUTU holdings, Secretlab and Unilever.

Felt Communications is a boutique research, content and digital agency that works with nonprofit and for-impact organizations. Our services include client-focused consultancy and capacity building in content, digital strategy, fundraising, and business development.We secured UNHCR as our first client for a digital content strategy and lead generation campaign. Over a period of 9 months, we secured 13k leads for their campaign. We have also supported Daryl Upsall International in market feasibility projects for major charities and non-profits across APAC.

Secured more than to S$1.2 million in PR value and raised more than $500k in donationsI tell great stories to drive awareness and inspire action for Make-A-Wish Singapore. As the lead for all external communication and online fundraising, I am responsible for end to end marketing, campaign development and execution to further enhance brand visibility and loyalty amongst our stakeholders.Key initiatives- Revamp of online donation page which lead to $230k in donations to date- Identified and cultivated high net worth individuals for legacy and bequest- Managed technical team for online campaigns- Implemented electronic journeys for donors, volunteers and supporters to enhance loyalty amongst stakeholders- Overhaul collaterals for donors, medical outreach and volunteers- Create specialized video content specifically for major partners like Disney Southeast Asia and Singapore Airlines- Campaign lead for World Wish Day 2018 for online and offline activation in collaboration with Hasbro, Marina Bay Sands and Disney Southeast Asia in conjunction with the premiere of The Avengers: Infinity War. The campaign has since yield more than S$34k in donations and more than $1 million in PR value

I am also responsible for crafting and maintaining a fulfilling donor/supporter relationship program both online and offline focused on driving continued financial support. My job was focused on primarily digital initiatives for both our acquisition and retention efforts.

I manage WWF's relationships with all our regular donors and supporters in a bid to secure continued financial support for the organization. In addition to regular donor/supporter collaterals, I have also launched experiential touchpoints such as lifestyle classes and conservation trips to bring our cause closer to our donors. I contributed to capacity building for new fund raising emerging markets such as Thailand, Korea and Colombia. Attrition for our recurring donation programme has dropped by 8% during my tenure. On the digital fundraising front, my team and I ran WWF's Singapore crowdfunding project – Stop The Killing on the Earth Hour Blue platform and we exceeded our target of US$20,000 in under 20 days. During my tenure, I oversaw the development of our inhouse customer relationship management system.

My 2 years with Valentine Willie Fine Arts has equipped me with the necessary skills and abilities to handle large and complex art installations and exhibitions and, at the same time, develop my eye for detail. With the gallery, I worked with multiple parties and vendors in fulfilling the artistic needs of these exhibitions. I was the project manager of the acclaimed Singapore survey series in 2012 (Singapore Survey 2012 – New Strange Faces) and CUT: 2012 - Politics – New Photography from Southeast Asia. These projects involved multiple artists from Singapore and the region and required meticulous planning and coordination in their realisation. I am able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines when delivering my projects. I also assist in gallery management in the following areas• Managing day to day operations – petty cash management, keeping track of our catalogue library and office supplies• Project management of exhibition – planning of exhibition timeline and budget, liaising with external vendors for publicity materials and collaterals, logistics of artworks, copy writing and proofreading of collaterals, liaising with artist to fulfill their vision for the show in the best way possible and ensuring that the opening night runs smoothly, Media tracking of coverage of our events and artists• Artwork management – Inspection of artwork upon their arrival, scheduling delivery and installation procedures of artwork for clients and managing the general inflow and outflow of artworks in the gallery storage• Space management – Educating the public about the artist and their vision for the exhibitions, notification of interest in works from potential buyers and the overall presentation of the space
