Supply Chain Planning
CurrentRoles & Responsibility• Prepare Supply forecast plan, distribute it to Supply team, and maintain inventory level based on Demand fluctuation & Supply availability. • Set up replenishment parameters based on historical data and sales ambition to manage healthy inventory at the warehouse. • Tracking of purchase order plan, close communication with stakeholders on the execution of the inbound plan. • Developing Supply alerts to ensure purchase order plans are sufficient to fulfill demand and within inventory guidelines. • Supporting and initiating new product development process to optimize operational costs through all stages of the supply chain process. • Liaising closely and communicating the forecast plans with different internal functions including production, sales, rest of the supply chain, and leadership teams. • Continuously improve the planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes to achieve better planning accuracy, inventory level, operational costs, and relevance to the business model. • Lead a team of planners to enable end-to-end supply chain planning and replenishment processes. • Foresee possible risks and gaps, give recommendations, or work together with stakeholders on figuring out an effective solution.
