There, I have consistently surpassed customer expectations by providing personalized assistance, tailored solutions, and comprehensive product information. I have also demonstrated exceptional efficiency and productivity by doubling the Units Per Hour (UPH) within two months of starting, and by collaborating across departments for seamless service delivery and shopping experiences.Prior to joining Zehrs Markets, I worked as an Overnight Stocker at Food Basics, where I efficiently stocked and replenished shelves with accuracy during overnight shifts, ensuring optimal product availability for customers during store hours. I also supported other tasks and initiatives within the store as needed, and maintained a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Additionally, I have experience as an Inventory Manager at Kapil Automobiles, where I handled various aspects of inventory procedures, such as loading and unloading trucks, sorting and labeling goods, picking and packing orders, checking and verifying orders, and updating and maintaining records. I received commendation from management for my reliability and quality of work.My goal is to leverage my education and work experience to contribute to an organization that values customer service, problem solving, quality checks, and inventory management.
