Responsible for day-to-day account management for small to mid-sized clients that are routine/moderately complex client accounts. Manages an assigned book of business and builds, expands and solidifies relationships with existing clients. Responsible for benefit administration tasks such as eligibility, billing, enrollment, claim resolution and COBRA. Responsible for marketing getting completed and preparation of meeting materials. Present at client open enrollment meetings and benefit fair events. Leads appropriate resources to address the client’s risk and capital management needs. Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and coverage levels. Cultivates relationships with the most senior buyer in the client organization as well as the day-to-day client representatives and buyers. Has retention goals for assigned group of accounts. Coordinates the work of administrative support and customer service. Supports a broker or producer and is the first line of contact when the broker or producer is not available.

Responsible for day-to-day account management for existing customers with 2 – 50 enrolled subscribers. Responsible for ensuring continued and increased growth by negotiating renewals or selling products and services. Understanding customer needs and providing customer support.
