- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Sales, Business, and Capability leaders as well as customer leadership to enable improved decision making- Lead or collaborate on projects to help increase sales efficiency and effectiveness in line with organizational vision and priorities (capability building, sales process, organizational design, etc.)- Facilitate knowledge generation workshops to create insight-driven initiatives across the organization

- Train new team members in the demand fulfillment process to successfully operate and service the international markets- Manage summer intern to enhance our supply flow at key export reload and standardize international damage claims- Change management of demand fulfillment responsibilities to division inside sales team- Account management of key distributors, focusing on Mediterranean region

- Manage demand fulfillment for all international gypsum sales (as in, outside United States & Canada)- Create and manage projects to increase supply chain efficiency and optimize export costs for international sales- Standardize international business data collection for visibility to the business drivers and tracking of business bets

- Direct the production, preparation, and global transportation of gypsum board products to service markets outside the United States & Canada- Coordinate with third-party service vendors to ensure all international sales are compliant and accurate- Develop customer relationships to address service issues, discover and meet their business needs, and drive long-term value- Discover and implement best business practices to the international sales operations

-Recruit volunteers to staff Institute for Leadership Advancement events including Terry Leadership Speaker Series, Leonard Leadership Scholars Orientation, Scholar Graduation Brunch, etc.-Assist in planning of Institute for Leadership Advancement events including Terry Leadership Speaker Series, Leonard Leadership Scholars Orientation, Scholar Graduation Brunch, etc.-Lead the planning and execution of the Senior Service Trip for spring semester of Senior Year; Form and lead Senior Service Trip Committee-Plan and execute ILA Information Sessions to recruit potential students in the Fall Semester

-Led a local team of 3 full-time staff, 3 part-time cooks and several support staff members-Oversaw the selection, planning, and execution of 13 emergency home repair projects for low-income families in Lincoln County, WV-Managed the allocation of a $75,000 budget to fund projects and living expenses for volunteers -Established contacts within Lincoln County community, engaging community members to bolster organizational resources

The University of Georgia's Center for Undergraduate Research Opportunities (CURO) Honors Scholars are selected to conduct funded, faculty supervised research. I worked with Dr. Brenda Cude, a professor in the department of Financial Planning, Housing and Consumer Economics, in the Consumer Research Center. Our project is entitled: “College Seniors'​ Credit Experience." I presented my findings on the effect of student loans on a credit report and score at the American Council of Consumer Interests Conference in May 2015.

I worked with a staff of three other people to manage the ASP center in Wise County, Virginia. We managed 400+ adult and youth volunteers, and a $80,000+ budget. As a team, we selected, planned for, and managed 15 construction projects over six weeks of volunteer work. We also engaged with community leaders and community contacts.My role on the team was to manage our budget, charge accounts, and fundraising.

Worked on a team of 4 at the Knox County, KY branch to eliminate substandard housing in the county. I managed the communications and paperwork of the 496 volunteers throughout the summer and coordinated the deployment of these volunteers throughout our various home repair projects.
