• Supervise XCEL employees at Fort Campbell, KY and integrate safety into everyday duties.• Provide support for the Air Program at Fort Campbell, KY. • Provide public education that included developing curriculum for annual youth camp, coordinate and teach youth camp, coordinate annual earth day events for installation and assist/participate with community public awareness activities, conduct additional public awareness and outreach events as needed.• Create spending plan and manage budget to meet contract objectives.• Compile and maintain electronic databases, Access and ArcView GIS, and active and historical paper archives for over 10000 Ozone Depleting Chemicals and Fuel Burning Equipment.• Review construction plans and conducted general and work specific inspections of ongoing construction with Corp of Engineers and contractors.• Conduct building inventories for Ozone Depleting Chemicals.• Conduct building inventories for Fuel Burning Equipment.• Conduct inspections of Title V permitted and insignificant facilities• Review and prepare monitoring/sampling reports and ensured timely filing with state and federal agencies.• Review Material Safety Data Sheets.• Represent Air Quality Program at workshops, conventions and meetings. • Coordinate General Conformity Rule analysis for all construction projects.• Develop Ozone Action Days Plan and Report.• Train individuals in Fort Campbell’s Environmental Quality Officer Training on the Air Quality Program. • Train individuals doing work with refrigerants on Refrigerant Compliance System.• Coordinate work and projects with other environmental sections including Storage Tanks, Water, Hazardous Waste, NEPA and Spill Response.• Maintain working and effective relationship with clients, customers, and local community. • Develop Air Quality Management Plan and Environmental Operating Procedures.
