 Handled a wide array of homeowners claims including structure damage, personal property and loss of use, including the full investigation, estimation and settlement. Participated in Catastrophe claims handling. Prepared and delivered claim specific training that included Xactimate training and letter writing training. Selected to work with peers and elevate communications to leadership regarding claim related functions to assist in process workflow. Worked on special project team focused on sales tax and compliance which led to a major process change for the organization.

 Responsible for the coordination of surgery schedules for the 2 highest producing total joint surgeons. Negotiated with insurance companies regarding approvals related to surgeries, injections, in-office procedures, diagnostic/pre-surgical testing, durable medical equipment, home health care, and rehabilitation needs. Selected as trainer for peers on the medical records systems as well as other processes related to day-to-day job responsibilities. Assisted in process mapping that allowed increased surgeon charges by 36% and increased collections by 42% from prior fiscal year. Through oversight, was able to decrease office budget spend by 20% from prior fiscal year.
