Responsible for the development, management, implementation and execution of the multi-day National Conference. Orchestrate logistics and operations of the annual event to include venue and vendor negotiations and contracts, speaker solicitation, negotiation and hiring, as well a direct all aspects of pre-planning, sponsor solicitation, exhibitor management for the conference. Accountable for the advancement, management, and implementation of the organization's Junior Associate and Intern Program. Implement and execute programs, provide strategies and training initiatives to support, strengthen, grow and maintain the KAB Network of 600+Affiliates.
