I’m the Director of Affiliate Development in Affiliate Operations at Keep America Beautiful. I also am a photographer for my small company, Rural Bloom Photography.My expertise includes working with local governments to organize local-level entities or nonprofits to address needs of litter prevention, beautification, and recycling. I do this through community organization, grant administration and writing, and through the tracking of data to measure impacts related to the mission and goal of each project. In my work, I instruct government and nonprofit teams how to implement models of change that will sustain positive behaviors. These positive behaviors result in a growth of economic development for the communities where they are implemented.Inspiration for my career is deeply rooted in my personal beliefs of sustainable community development, the environment, and citizen responsibility. My education and experience in nonprofit administration and local government operations allow my inspirations to assist in achieving my professional and personal goals.My colleagues would describe me as a driven, resourceful, and high-energy individual with a positive and outgoing attitude.
