With over nine years of experience as a Medical Assistant at Memphis Children's Clinic, I have developed a range of skills and competencies that enable me to provide quality care and service to the patients and the staff. I have performed various tasks such as phlebotomy, laboratory tests, call back and call center nursing, front desk operations, and training of new hires. I have also demonstrated team leadership and collaboration by leading the nurse and lab teams, coordinating with the physicians and other departments, and supporting the clinic's mission and goals. I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of children and their families, and I am eager to apply my expertise and skills to new opportunities in the medical field.
