Assists Training and Development, Support Services and Audit and Compliance within the Member and Employee Engagement department as a backup for all business needs including supporting the Member Contact Center (MCC) and Retail Branches on an as need basis.

Responsible for oversight of 2 or more Branches. Responsibilities include daily operations of the Branches including sales, service, security, member satisfaction, and compliance. The role involves strategic planning, managing people, delivering stellar service, selling, training, leveraging relationships and improving processes through multi-channel relationship development and outreach efforts. The incumbent models exemplary performance, supports all elements of the WOW Member Experience and demonstrates the Tech CU values.

Responsible for management and daily operations of the Branch including sales, service, security, member satisfaction, and compliance.

Service/Operations:* Provides back-up in the absence of the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Branch.* May guide staff in offering exemplary member service and modeling all Tech CU Service Level Standards.* Provides outstanding transaction/cash management. * Promotes available access channels (i.e. Mobile, Online banking and ATM options).* Adheres to all applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.* Supports and models Tech CU privacy and security policies. May close Branches in absence of management.* Participates in staff meetings.Sales:* Opens/processes new member accounts, loan applications, and referrals. Honors commitments to members, ensures member satisfaction, and meets sales goals.* Engages in consultative sales techniques, actively develops new business, and expands existing relationships. Maintains current knowledge of Tech CU and competitor products.* Builds client relationships through active outreach. Participates in on-sites and attends networking activities. Staffs Branch promotions and events. Travels to other locations as directed by management.* Actively participates in Business Development outreach including Partner company visits and on-sites, for the purpose of generating new business, strengthening relationships, and building brand awareness.* Provides back-up for the 1st Mortgage Loan Processor including document collection, distribution of disclosures, file assembly and verifications while adhering to Credit Union policies and procedures as well as regulatory guidelines.Training Support:* Facilitates/coaches the staff towards targeted skill-building programs/courses supporting the development of Branch employees.* May provide subject matter expertise on topics/programs that originate from the institution’s Learning & Development Department. Proactively guides individuals to achieve results; accurately assesses strengths and development needs of employees relative to training initiatives.

• Demonstrate leadership.• Process cash orders. • Maintain cash limits for all branch staff. • In collaboration with the Client Service Manager,o monitor staff relationship management and workflow queues.o schedule staffing o prepare reports as requestedo coach to motivate staff to achieve individual/department goals and provide feedback to manager on staff performance.• Engage the appropriate division manager and partner with them to resolve underwriting/loan issues. • Perform delegated audits, including signature cards and loan files.• Assist management with ensuring the safety and security of staff and members, including opening and closing the Financial Center as requested.

• Perform a wide variety of banking transactions.• Open/process new member accounts and loan applications.• Cross-sell other Tech CU products/services as appropriate. • Participate in business development events outside of the branch.• Meet assigned sales goals.• Ensure all sales referrals are correctly entered into the designated tracking system.• Process all transactions accurately, handling each efficiently and with appropriate discretion. • Open and close cash drawer daily, ensuring proper handling of cash and negotiables. Balance cash drawer at the close of business each day.

Establish and maintain member relationships through consultative service. Engage members in conversation in order to match the best product to the member's needs. Process loan applications in a timely and efficient manner.
