In this role, I drive, design, and support ongoing talent programs and initiatives for a global non-profit with 5K+ staff who are working in over 70 countries. Key initiatives I led or contributed significantly to include the design, launch, and ongoing implementation of a new performance management system and ratings model, redesigned engagement survey strategy, reimagined onboarding program and suite of accompanying surveys, and the introduction of a centralized exit feedback process including a new exit survey and exit interview framework.In alignment with TNC's commitment to diversity, I partner with members of our Legal team, DEI, and HR leadership to further EEO compliance efforts, create hiring team trainings/resources, and help identify recruiting process improvements to attract increased numbers of diverse, qualified applicants to our job postings.

As the formal program manager for the Engaging Across Difference workshop, the primary DEI in-person learning held globally 15-20 times throughout the year, I managed scheduling, budgeting, curriculum design, facilitator training, and vendor relations, among other things, and routinely collaborated with CDEIO to update the curriculum, including adapting it for online delivery in response to the global pandemic.I also continued to lead EEO compliance and adapted our reporting processes and data collection measures to the ever-changing requirements, further advancing reporting efficiencies and creating an annual Affirmative Action training for which I learned the Articulate Rise platform. From Feb. 2019-Feb. 2020, I completed a flexible staffing assignment providing project management support for a network of teams creating and piloting an early iteration of the Nature's Impact on Human Health Action Guide of which I am formally credited as a contributor.

In addition to managing EEO compliance, for which I worked closely with our HR Systems team to optimize report queries and increase efficiencies, I also began managing logistics (catering, materials, and travel) for the Leadership Development Program and other in-person and online trainings.

In this administrative capacity, I supported Global Talent Acquisition Operations with job posting and inbox management, and was responsible for producing and ensuring the timely submission of relevant reports/data files to maintain EEO compliance.

I took a temporary position intended to provide the Corporate Relocation department with basic administrative support and job crafted a permanent position with opportunities to lead or collaborate on small- to mid-scale projects. Some of my favorites include:- leadership of employee engagement campaigns tied to 4 departmental values: Recognition, Networking Events, Leadership Development, and Community Outreach; - working on the revision of the new employee training program and the adoption of a Strengths-based culture; and- developing an internal marketing campaign to promote client awareness and encourage more collaboration between Marketing and Relo departments. I also spent a brief period processing moderately complex mortgage loans.

Worked alongside the lead Montessori teacher to foster a physically and psychologically safe environment for school-aged children to engage in self-directed, hands-on learning. Independently, I facilitated small group sessions for focused, instructor-led learning and planned and supervised after-class collaborative play activities.
