As a Project Coordinator I am independently responsible for managing the execution of day-to-day activities for multiple clients/programs. My role includes ensuring Human Resources policies and procedures are communicated and executed according to internal and contingent resource HR policies.By providing dedicated program management, and operational process improvement to our resource-centric programs, as well as driving efficiencies, I effectively add value to stakeholders through a range of internal and external functions in the following areas: interviewing, onboarding, retention, off-boarding, tracking, reporting operational metrics and resource maintenance. I am most passionate; however, about the opportunities to provide team guidance including training and mentoring of others.In addition to resource maintenance, I develop and maintain project related documentation including processes, tools, and procedures including creating/maintaining various SharePoint sites. As a Calendar Coordinator I partnered with the intake team to enter court proceedings into the database for scheduling. I coordinated with Certified Short Hand Reporters as well as Certified Interpreters to schedule attendance for legal proceedings and appointments.

As a Field Support Representative I was independently responsible for managing payroll processing of over 150 full time employees utilizing PeopleSoft in addition to multiple Vendor Management Systems ensuring the highest level of accuracy. By coordinating the hiring and onboarding of up to 10 external staff members on a weekly basis including conducting background checks and drug testing requirements I am able to maintain compliance with over 50 client specific contracts. In addition to onboarding I was also able to remotely train, mentor and manage performance of new internal hires in all facets of the position up to and including compliance with state labor laws and health benefits for external employees. By reviewing operating practices and procedures I am able to identify whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures and provide training when appropriate. I acted as the head liaison for internal employees with corporate staff on best practices to partner with field offices, customer billing, and invoicing.

I was directly responsible for onboarding and training new employees on procedures, schedule adherence protocols, and overall organizational goals. In addition to accepting up to 100 incoming calls per day from workers compensation policy holders, agents, and medical providers I would handle all escalation calls requiring resolution. The main objective was to assist policy holders, insurance agents, and medical providers in policy administration, general inquiries, payments, and dispute resolution in a positive manner and ensure compliance with company and state regulations.
