HR/Payroll Specialist AdministratorResponsible for processing weekly payroll, certified payroll reporting & compliance, updating payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, job titles, garnishments, handle all aspects of employee benefits, employment verification, payroll taxes, unemployment claims, track & process new hires, rehires, & termination paperwork, badging, background checks, drug screening, setting up orientations, promptly respond & resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll & benefit information & or inaccurate wage discrepancies. Process & Supervise compliance of company & sub tier contractors weekly & monthly payroll reports for all OCIP, ROCIP, CCIP, LCIP & DCIP projects. Ensure company & employees are aware of project wage rates, code, & state law requirements for all projects.

Responsible for account payable, bank reconciliation, monthly sales tax reports, preparing profit & loss reports, bid proposals, maintaining vehicle & equipment files, material & vendor files, insurance policies & certificates, tax-exempt & resale certificates, renewals of registration, bonds, permits, ordering job material & supplies.

Responsible for processing & shipping orders, creating invoices, purchase orders, new customer accounts, return merchandise authorizations, preparing marketing material for trade shows, duty drawback, monthly sales rep commission reports, consistently entering & uploading new, discontinued, & sold out products to multiple internet sales sites, mailing out marketing material & product updates to new & existing customers, building consumer email list, maintenance of constant contact, company webmail, & product inspection.

Responsible for accounts receivable/payable, payroll, invoicing, bids/proposals, monthly statements, RFQ’s, sub-contractor agreements, operations & maintenance manuals, reading & interpreting blue prints, doing take-offs, pulling permits, tax preparation, insurance policies & certificates, project, material, vendor & employee files, tax-exempt & resale certificates, electrical license renewals, & dispatching service calls.

Responsible for accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, payroll, purchasing, inventory control, shipping & receiving, proposals, client contracts, maintenance of company vehicles, & insurance policies, tax preparation, scheduling, and routing deliveries, staff supervision and training, resolving customer issues, ordering supplies, pricing merchandise, data entry of new inventory.
