Manages, guides and trains a team of eight people making up the wellness, fitness, volunteer services and life enrichment departments. Direct duties also include creation and distribution of monthly community newsletter and budget maintenance and forecasts for all four departments. Works directly with customers to create, organize and realize desired experiences and lifestyle outcomes.

Plans, coordinates, supervises and manages the Life Enrichment Department including creation and distribution of monthly life enrichment newsletter, overseeing success of fitness program and budget maintenance and forecasts. Identifies the four areas of successful aging (social, physical, spiritual and intellectual) and provides ample recreation to residents coordinating programs, activities and events which promote a well-balanced and active lifestyle on a group and individual basis.

Implemented, developed and managed programs for youth and teens with diabetes and their families. Stewarded and recruited 100+ volunteers, solicited and researched funding opportunities, prepared grant proposals, directed event logistics and operations, cultivated sponsorship opportunities and created marketing materials.

Organized and assisted office executives with scheduling and meeting facilitation, created correspondence, maintained customer and client database and directed customer inquiries. Promoted within 5 months overseeing office administration, assisting recruiting managers, screening candidates and processing employee payroll.
