During my time in property management as a Property Manager for residential and some commercial, beginning in 1999. I have continued to thrive in the apartment industry as a leasing specialist and housing liaison and then to become a property manager with an intensive background in TAX CREDIT/ HUD. Developed relationships with vendors and residents and staff at all of the communities and completed all recertification’s within the guidelines and regulations of LIHTC. On a daily basis, I manage 235 units and submit work orders and collect rent and manage the delinquency reports and vacant unit reports for SHRA.I have completed daily administrative duties, including filing, and collecting documents such as confidential information regarding an applicant’s financial assets and pay wages and credit and criminal information that is required to process applications for move in or adding a new occupant to the Section 18 standard housing lease.Being in the housing department I have maintained my office workload by completing all tasks, completing deadlines and Welfare Tax Exemptions for 2021-2022 and preparing for file audits and investor audits and state audits. I assist my coworkers with my knowledge to help with effectively run our office.
