I have served as an Executive Director in the largest school district in the state of Michigan, serving 106 schools, 53,406 students, 7,116 employees, with a $766M budget. 82% African America/Black, 13.6% Hispanic, 2.4% White, and 2% Asian, Multi-Racial and Native American.I develop team of ELA/literacy, Montessori, and Early Learning Directors, supervisors, and coordinators. I am accountable for formulating implementation plans for instructional tactics. I facilitate the evaluation and selection of instructional materials for K-12 Literacy and early learning. Establish district-wide PSAT/SAT preparation course for optimizing student SAT scores.
