Currently completing a degree apprenticeship at Laing O'Rourke as a Trainee Digital Engineer and studying at London South Bank University- completing a HNC in Construction (Design & Build) which will lead onto a degree in Architectural Technology.Member of the core modelling digital engineering team at Laing O'Rourke's Head Office in Dartford to assist in the delivery of construction projects through the use of digital tools. It is a central resource to the company so I have had the opportunity to work on many different projects, both long-term and short term. I have worked on a variety of projects requiring a range of different tasks to be completed such as managing the digital build, creating the digital build, updating as-built drawings and modelling from a point cloud. I use Building Information Modelling and Computer Aided Design software packages to create, update and manage models, drawings and design information at various stages of the construction process.Studied GCSE's at Wilmington Grammar School for Girls, then went on to complete A-Levels at Wilmington Grammar School Sixth Form in Mathematics, Physics, Professional Construction Practice and an Extended Project Qualification- investigation into the gender imbalance in the STEM industry.
