6-2018 to Present - Lead a team of Account Executives in bringing the best technology to the multi-family space. 3-2015 to 6-2018 - Manager - AZ Multi-Family Account Managers - Responsible for creating strategic owner and developer partnerships, developing monthly sales plans to achieve product penetration targets and monthly recurring revenue goals, and ensure new products are rolled out successfully.

Work with assigned property management companies to increase penetration within each community by building strong relationship with regular property visits. Ensure marketing agreements are being upheld, train leasing staff on new products and technology, and act as a "go to" for each community. Responsible for onsite events within the community to increase penetration and awareness of the various Cox products.

Build and maintain a solid broker base. Train brokers on products, price out loans, and follow up on loan as it progress through UW, doc and funding. Maintain and good relationship with brokers and LO's through weekly visits, emails and follow up phone calls. Schedule and deliver weekly presentations to various brokers, attend broker conventions and network in order to build a quality broker base.

Build and maintain a quality broker base. Present and train brokers on Hamilton's programs. Schedule and hold weekly presentations, hold happy hours and dinner parties for top producing broker shops and those shops whom are looking to sign up with us. Visit shops on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, provide product info. through weekly emails. Price out loans, supply LO's/processors with submission sheets, and guideline info. Help structure or restructure loans, help with any issues that may arise during the UW process.

Responisble for recruiting, hiring, training and managing up to 20 people to meet/exceed assigned monthly quotas. Opened several new stores in Phx, Prescott and Flagstaff. Responsible for both retail stores and several offsite locations across the valley and Northern AZ. Ensure that scheduling meet staffing demands, handle escalated customer service issues, create process improvement plans for employees falling below expections. Hold weekly staff meetings, conference calls, etc to ensure staff knows monthly expectations and what is needed to meet them, make sure that entire sales team knows of any new promotions or changes in programs, etc. Pump up the sales team and create a high energy level! Responsible for daily reports, audits, inventory, daily locations checks and daily coaching and training.
