Core Work Activities:Assisting with Operational and Financial Management of the Propery-Ensure that all brand standards are bring maintained in each area of the property-Ensure all team members meet or exceed all brand requirements-Ensure hotel Maintains compliance with OSHA-Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, ordering procedures, banking and procedures, Payroll (knowledge).-Complies with all corporate accounting procedures.-Employee scheduling -Provides Excellent Customer Service-Brought Hotel from #4 to #2 on Trip Advisor out of a total of 103 Hotels-Marriott Ranking from Top 100 Hotels to Top 20 overall.-Conduct interviews for New Hire Employees for all departments.-Complete and ensure all new hire documents are correct.-Assist General Manager with Weekly Invoices and Coding. -Motivate and help all staff members feel there worth. Help them maintain there goals and stay positive while in the work area.

-Maintain all duties as Guest Service Agent-Help other associates when with Guest opportunities for guest satisfaction-Check on all associates paperwork to ensure cash drawers were counted-Manager on Duty when other managers not available-Assist in Food and Beverage Events or in weekly Residence Inn Mix

-Execute the process of Check-In and Check Out of all Guests.-Communicate to Housekeeping any special request -Assist in all departments when needed for improved guest satisfaction surveys-Maintain cash drawer

-Check-In and Check Out of all Guests-Set up Housekeeping Strategy in AM-Maintain constant contact with Individual Owners (176 Rooms)-Take Maintenance Request and communicate to maintenance team-FOSSE PMS system , Reservations System Management-Create Owner billing for monthly Maintenance Fees including repaires-Send out all Invoicing-Take Calls and Create Reservations onsite
