With over 15 years of experience in business services, I am a team leader at Walmart, where I oversee 8 direct reports and manage various processes, audits, and reconciliations. I am also a process improvement expert, with a track record of delivering efficiency and quality enhancements across different functions and teams. Currently, I am involved in the payroll modernization project, transitioning from Infor to SAP, and testing various components. I have also assisted the garnishment team with keying lump sums. Additionally, I have skills in employee benefits, presentation skills, and manufacturing process improvement, which I have acquired through my education and certifications in accounting, finance, and inclusive leadership.
