I am always looking for challenging opportunities to expand my professional IT portfolio. At Louisiana Economic Development (LED) I lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our proprietary and subscription-based IT systems, which are utilized by staff as well as existing and potential firms looking to expand their market in and to Louisiana and train their workforce to foster business success.Throughout my business/information technology career, I have contributed to the successful launch of various types of new and existing software implementations for multiple Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, American Express, and Marriott International, as well as public service agencies including Louisiana State Police, the Office of Technology Services, and LED. Those implementations included applications designed for HR BPO (employee compensation, incentives, and performance), Public Safety (fingerprint/license plate recognition and background checks), and managing economic development incentives and services to name a few.I possess an abundance of knowledge in business analysis, project management, and post-implementation change control and I continue to demonstrate my outstanding ability to lead, manage, and grow within a firm by collaborating with domestic and global primary stakeholders and vendors to cultivate quick and efficient software solutions, landing those projects smoothly, and most importantly ensuring they remain within contracted budgets.It is my continued goal and desire to ensure the systems I manage always meet client needs and I pride myself on perpetually delivering impeccable implementations and ongoing support to LED's business clients and the economic development verticals that support our clients' projects along the way.
