I worked at Eastbrook Middle School in the Nutrition Program from May 2019 - Aug. 21, 2019. I worked in the kitchen preparing, cooking, and serving food. Throughout the day I would prep for the following days menu, stock incoming supplies, clean, and wash dishes. On Aug. 22, 2019 I began working at Eastside Elementary as the backup Cashier. My other responsibilities were helping with prep, cooking, serving, snacks, cleaning, and food count.

I worked the Summer Program as a Staff member for the Jr. Cadets. I worked with kids ranging from Kindergarten through 5th grade. For my inside class, I taught Anti-Bullying and Computer Lab. I along with other staff members worked together to organize fun and safe activities for Indoor and Outdoors.

Worked as a Lead for one of the Toddler rooms working with ages 1-2 year olds. I performed diaper changes, feedings, playtime, and age appropriate lessons. I wrote daily reports on each child discussing daily behavior and any needs that might need addressing.

I first worked in Action Required/Quality Control. Job duties included filing, answering phones, checking web based system (Jobber) to make sure tech's uploaded their paperwork and pictures so that I could send to invoicing. Followed up on quotes submitted to clients. Followed up on part orders made by the techs to know if I could send to scheduling. I then moved to the Dispatching department. I would receive calls, set up appointments, schedule jobs for residential and commercial job sites. Interact with vendors on scheduling issues or work performed by the tech. Set up tracking and track techs using NexTraq program. Set up new techs in the Jobber system. For about 8 months I worked in the invoicing department using programs such as Quickbooks, multiple web based billing sites for vendors, and Jobber. I would work on the tech's breakdowns and descriptions of work performed. Interact with the vendors regarding breakdowns. Invoice vendors via mail or web based. I then moved back into the Dispatching again for over a year. Finally then moved back doing invoicing, quality control, and quotes until my final day.

Order entry, billing, running credit card authorizations, answering the phones and other CSR duties. I also briefly worked in the warehouse as a Shipping Clerk. I used programs such as MAS, True Commerce, and Authorize.net.

I was responsible for running the cashier, keeping the store clean and straightened, tagging merchandise, and helping with donations.

My job duties included Data Entry, Filing, Order Tracking, and Billing using programs such as Order Tracking, Quickbooks, MYOB, and an Internet based program. I was responsible for incoming calls and taking messages. I have used both MAC & PC computer programs. From 2005-2014 I worked contract labor for Niche doing graphics. I used a program called Flexi Sign. I used the program to do custom art designs for all types of flooring. I also generated the cutfiles for the machine that cuts the flooring with the Flexi program.
