Work with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and the FCA Performance Institute to train sales and after sales staff on new vehicles and help them to maintain dealer standards and stay current on training standards. The position requires strong presentation and facilitation skills and demonstrating vehicles key features to 86 dealerships throughout the state of Ohio. Work daily with the dealer network to conduct new hire orientations, in dealership trainings and FCA programs such as Dealer Connect and DASH Board. Administrative duties include monitoring dealer training to meet quarterly and annual requirements, weekly scheduling within territory, submitting course request and rosters and expense reports. Coach and mentor new trainers.

Product Trainer/Product Specialist/High Performance Test Driver. Work on a contract with automotive manufactures to train sales staff and consumers on new vehicles. Demonstrate maximum capabilities of vehicle. Events include ride and drive events, consumer events, dealer training programs and auto shows Nationwide. Worked at Denham Construction while the automotive industry recovered from the economy struggles of 2009 and 2010.

Human Recourses/Accountant/Office Manager. Oversee payroll, human resources including recruiting, screening new hires, interviews, background checks and on rolling new hires and employee insurance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, copying, filing and faxing documents. Working with QuickBooks on a daily basis as well as updating our company website. Schedule job assignments for crew and book travel accommodations.

Public Relations/Marketing Internship. Write and distribute press releases and press kits. Update sponsors and weekly performance, plan and host hospitality events, maintain team web site and organize charity events.
