I've always had a passion for education and a love for people. So it was a no-brainer when I received a phone call asking me to begin my journey working in human resources and finance at a local charter school. Being around some of the most purpose-driven people I know makes my job a fulfilling experience.For the past nine years, I have worked in Human Resources and Finance. In Finance, I have specialized in business management and payroll administration, including compensation/benefits management. I obtained my CTSBO Certification through the Texas Association of School Business Officials. In Human Resources, I have gained experience in contract law, marketing and public relations, recruitment, employee relations, and fostering employee culture through branding. I further obtained my RTSBA through the Texas Association of School Business Officials. Most recently, I have been excited to learn about immigration law and employer-sponsored visas. These experiences, along with my studies, have refined my organizational leadership and communication qualities.As the Director of Human Resources for Bob Hope School, a growth mindset, teamwork, and customer service are the core values that guide my office culture and effectively empower our staff to excel in all of their endeavors.
