-Assist in building program Bill of Materials (BOM) to support the receipt of program parts at a 3rd party location (3PL) in Houston, TX -Lead the submission of the BOM into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for 3PL receipt-Lead the submission of program purchase orders for 3PL receipt -Work closely with 3PL management to ensure program parts are received as required to pay vendor invoices-Coordinate the movement of program parts in and out of a third party warehouse located in Houston, TX-Work with internal and external transportation departments to track deliveries via truck-Assist in resolving receipt issues at 3PL-Responsible for inspecting damaged parts at 3PL-Work closely with OSRs at both internal and external MRO locations to resolve receipt issues, certification paperwork issues, delivery schedules, etc.-Travel to Houston 3PL when necessary

-Responsible for representing department in daily supply chain meeting with various supply chain departments-Expedite receipt of part on order with various vendors in order to support aircraft return to service -Track part shipments to ensure timely receipt at company stores-Daily communication with vendors to determine ship dates and negotiate terms with vendors to support the company needs

-Responsible for maintaining a specific asset pool to support Sikorsky S92 helicopters all over the globe.-Ensure serviceable components are available at aircraft location in time to match demand. -Maintain safety stock levels at bases.-Expedite the return of cores off the base to the correct vendor for repair.-Review and approve repair quotes.-Ensure compliance by vendors to contract terms.-Monitor and expedite overdue deliveries from suppliers and internal workshops.-Communicate priorities to internal workshops and external vendors.-Acting team lead for the four member S92 component team at the Dallas Logistics Center.

• Operate an inventory room that holds aircraft parts to support NetJets’ aircraft maintenance events (~ 3,00 line items)• Receive and complete AOG orders from Materials Department in Ohio.• Issue parts to work order within the Corridor and CribMaster inventory systems.• Coordinate the return of cores and unused parts to the vendors in the Corridor system.• Support the Maintenance Manager in parts and warranty issues.• Ensure all inventory is stocked as required by minimum/maximum reports.• Support co-workers as needed.• Coordinate all repairs on inventory.

•Coordinate major periodic inspections with engine vendors on behalf of our aftermarket customers.•Coordinate with vendors for AOG situation on behalf of our aftermarket customers.•Issue purchase orders for engine work done by our vendors and invoice customers the portions of the event invoicing their aftermarket program does not cover.•Answer customer inquiries about their program coverage.•Speak on Cessna’s behalf during customer disputes.

•Receive and interpret spare parts orders received via phone, fax, and email.•Expedite orders as necessary to meet critical customer schedules.•Administer warranty and aftermarket programs by settling warranty claims.•Negotiate warranty terms outside normal policy and procedure.•Responsible for one of the largest customer accounts within Cessna Service Parts and Programs.

-Research and settle customer invoicing questions and disputes.-Adjudicate warranty claims in accordance with Cessna warranty policies and procedures.-Answer customer questions related to warranty, aftermarket, and spares issues.-Support co-workers at all levels by assisting as needed with claim corrections, correct filing procedures, and answering general warranty questions.
