Student from August 2007-May 2012. I was accepted into the nursing progam August of 2009, but switched to Human Environmental Science: Dietetics at the end of that semester. I participated in Catholic Campus Ministry activities, Student Dietetics Association, and community service through various classes. January-April 2012 I enrolled in a gerontology practicum to learn more about the duties of a registered dietitian in a long-term care facility.

Sessions last an hour two to three times a week; at each session students ask questions over course material.
