I have been a writer my whole life but finally turned it into a career in 2016. For four years, I produced two magazines -- interviewing people, writing the feature story, gathering content from contributors and editing the whole shebang each month. I've done freelance work writing and editing blog posts, social media material, slide decks, video scripts and white papers on industrial design, photography, medical laboratories and business culture. I accidentally became proficient in many content management systems, SEO best practices and Google Analytics during that work. In July 2023, I published the award-winning novel, "The Way It's Supposed to Be." I also publish a weekly nonfiction Substack newsletter, "This Is Not What I Expected," about the painful, hilarious and painfully hilarious curveballs life hurls our way.Currently, I work for EOS IT Solutions as a content specialist for Meta.
