I am currently enjoying a career change from sales to Human Resources, preferably recruitment, orientation and training. I have recently completed the Human Resource Management Certificate at the University of Calgary. I have proven experience in maximizing profits through my customer service skills as well as training new employees to succeed and surpass daily sales targets. I have also conducted telephone pre-screens and interviews.
