As Production Director, I am responsible for continuing to manage the production steps necessary to execute a cost-effective, high-quality, on-time direct response fundraising effort for my clients including the Meals on Wheels Co-Op, Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, Reading is Fundamental, ALS Association and Northern Westchester Hospital. In addition, I am part of the Vendor Management Team researching new vendors and maintaining and cultivating current relationships. I am on the Tech Committee bringing the Production needs and concerns to those who make decisions on behalf of the company. I am also on the DEI and Volunteer Committee participating in making our company culture more diverse, equitable and inclusive as well as putting more good in the world through both the charitable giving of funds and also through providing our time in service. I also directly supervise employees and advise others where my expertise is helpful. I also keep current with industry events, technology, and packages and the ever-changing USPS guidelines.

With Lautman Maska Neill & Company, I was lucky enough to be promoted to Senior Production Manager. I am responsible for managing the production steps necessary to execute a cost-effective, high-quality, on-time direct response fundraising effort including (but not limited to): offering strategy and creative input; reviewing strategy memos; creating production schedules; writing Requests for Quotes (RFQs); preparing production grids; reviewing and trafficking artwork, proofs and setups; working with vendor partners; reconciling invoices and creating/maintaining cost sheets along with expanding my role within the company as needed.

As Production Manager, I work collaboratively with the account team to provide all production-related duties to execute direct mail fundraising campaigns for non-profit organizations that are on time, error-free and within budget.

Stephen Winchell & Associates is a division of Odell, Simms & Associates. It is a direct mail fundraising agency which handles the management of direct mail campaigns overseeing fundraising strategy from art creation, production management, management of Fulfillment/Acknowledgements, and analysis of returns.As Account Assistant, I supported the Account Executives by handling production management while I take on more responsibility in the areas of Fulfillment/Acknowledgements and learn more about data selects and merge/purges. I was promoted to Account Coordinator where I more independently manage the production of the Housefile fundraising packages from bids and comps to running reports.

Production Solutions mainly provides production management services for agencies and clients. Its Production Managers manage the production process for the direct mail programs from printing to mailing as well as keeps current on all new technologies and postal information.

Imagistics International is formerly Pitney Bowes Office Systems. I worked in the copier sales division as sales support. I entered and tracked orders and deliveries, kept inventory in stock, and typed proposals.In addition, I did administrative work and a small amount of human resource work as needed.
